General Terms and Conditions

1. Provider
Nexora is provided by Joel Lading, Schrotebogen 6, 39126 Magdeburg, Germany.
2. Service
Nexora provides a browser-based environment for creating, storing, previewing and sharing coding projects.
3. Contract formation
The user agreement begins when registration is completed and accepted. There is no unconditional right to registration.
4. Free services
Features identified as free can be used without payment, subject to technical and fair-use limits.
5. Paid services
Any paid plan must show its price, billing period, included features and cancellation terms before purchase.
6. No hidden purchase
A chargeable contract is not concluded unless the user expressly confirms the payment obligation.
7. User duties
Users must secure credentials, respect laws and rights, and maintain backups of important content.
8. Storage
Storage limits may apply. Nexora may reject files that exceed limits or create security risks.
9. Availability
Nexora aims for reliable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Maintenance
Planned or urgent maintenance may temporarily restrict access.
11. User content
Users remain responsible for their projects and for obtaining necessary permissions.
12. Public sharing
Publishing makes project information and files accessible to the public.
13. Data exports
Nexora may provide ZIP exports for portability. Users should verify exports before relying on them as backups.
14. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Free experimental features may be changed within the limits of applicable law.
15. Liability for intent
Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability remains unrestricted.
16. Essential duties
For slight negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability may be limited to foreseeable typical damage where legally permitted.
17. External content
Nexora is not automatically responsible for user projects or external links.
18. Suspension
Access may be suspended where necessary to protect security, users, third-party rights or legal compliance.
19. Account deletion
Account deletion permanently removes active account data and projects, subject to technical backups and legal retention duties.
20. Notices
Service-related notices may be delivered through the interface or to the registered email address.
21. Amendments
Material changes to these terms will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
22. Consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.
23. Dispute resolution
Nexora is not willing or obliged to participate before a consumer arbitration board unless legally required.
24. Governing law
German law applies where permitted; mandatory protections of the user’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
25. Severability
If one provision is ineffective, the remaining provisions continue to apply; statutory rules replace the ineffective provision.
