Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the Nexora coding platform.
2. Registration
An account is created after successful registration and acceptance of the applicable terms.
3. Accurate information
Users must provide accurate information and keep relevant account details current.
4. Unique identity
Usernames, email addresses and display names must be unique within Nexora.
5. Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
6. Permitted use
Nexora may be used to create, test, store, share, fork and download lawful software projects.
7. User content
Users retain their rights in content they create and grant Nexora the permissions necessary to host and display it according to visibility settings.
8. Public content
Public projects are visible and downloadable. Visitors cannot directly edit the owner’s original project.
9. Unlisted content
Unlisted content may be accessible through its link and should not be treated as fully private.
10. Private content
Private content is intended to be accessible only to authorized users.
11. Third-party rights
Users may upload or publish only content they are entitled to use.
12. Re-publication
Downloaded projects may not be re-published on Nexora or another platform without the project owner’s permission.
13. Prohibited conduct
Malware, attacks, unauthorized access, abuse, impersonation, illegal content and rights violations are prohibited.
14. Fair use
Users must not intentionally overload, scrape, disrupt or circumvent technical limits of the service.
15. Project downloads
Downloads may include a README, attribution and Nexora project-use notice. These notices must not be used deceptively.
16. Forks
A fork is a separate copy. The original project must remain unchanged and attribution should be preserved.
17. Moderation
Nexora may review reported content and restrict, remove or preserve it where reasonably necessary.
18. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or account termination.
19. Reporting
Suspected violations can be reported to coding.nexora@gmail.com with sufficient details.
20. Availability
Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and security work may interrupt access.
21. Changes
Features may be changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary, with appropriate notice where required.
22. Termination by users
Users may stop using Nexora and delete their account through the available account controls.
23. Termination by Nexora
Nexora may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
24. Liability
Liability follows applicable mandatory law and the limitations stated in the General Terms.
25. Governing law
German law applies where permitted without removing mandatory consumer protections.
